You will be billed on the monthly anniversary of your subscription purchase, each month's mail service resets on the 1st and will be sent out on the first weekday of the month.

For example; if you join The Wandering Hare on January 20th, you will be receiving the Febuary mail service, your first mail will be sent on the 2nd of Feb (which is the first weekday of Feb), and you will be billed on the 20th of every month. Please take of note any timezone differences, I am based in Melbourne Australia.

AUSTRALIA - You can generally expect your mail service to have arrived within 2 weeks of it being sent, they are sent on the first weekday of each month which means mail should be arriving around the 14th - 16th of that month. If you do not receive your order within 3 weeks of it being sent, please contact me via gracenotcore@gmail.com.

INTERNATIONAL - International mail can take up to 3 weeks to arrive at its destination, if you do not receive your mail service within 4 weeks of it being sent (it will be sent on the first weekday of every month) please contact me via gracenotcore@gmail.com.

Yes! each month's postcard, sticker and creative prompt will be available to purchase one month after its mail service run. They will be available to purchase individually or as a bundle, however; it will be a cheaper deal to get them in a The Wandering Hare mail service - and the letter and any 'The Gatherer' additional goodies will be exclusive to the monthly mail service.

You can update your address, personal details and payment preferences via the customer portal, you can also pause or cancel your subscription from there at any time.
