paint a trinket dish workshop
Spend an evening in a cosy studio, painting your very own one of a kind trinket dishes.
In this workshop you will get to choose 2 pre-made trinket dishes (white or white speckle clay) and paint them however you like. We will go through sketching ideas and working on composition, mixing ceramic underglaze (paint) and the application of underglaze onto the clay.
This workshop is very relaxed and you will have the freedom to take your time and create. There will be guidance on mixing and application of glaze, but otherwise - the space is your own to paint whatever you desire.
After the workshop I will cover your painted dishes in a clear glaze and put it in the kiln for its final glaze firing. You will then be able to collect your cup in a couple of weeks.
The dishes you paint in this workshop are both microwavable and dishwasher safe (and pet food bowl safe! these dishes make a really cute cat dinner plate)
